Adansi Rural Bank Donates 100 Bags of Cement to Dompoase Senior High School

Adansi Rural Bank PLC has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting education and community development by donating 100 bags of cement to Dompoase Senior High School. The gesture forms part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, which aim to give back to society and invest in the future of young people. Presenting the items on behalf of the bank, Nana Agyemang Asamoah emphasized that the donation is to support the school’s ongoing infrastructural projects, which will enhance teaching and learning. The Headmistress of Dompoase Senior High School, who received the cement, expressed profound gratitude to Adansi Rural Bank for the timely support. She noted that the donation would go a long way toward improving facilities and creating a conducive environment for academic work. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Adansi Rural Bank PLC will be held at the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Adansi Fomena on Saturday, 24th May, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. AGENDA To read the notice convening the Meeting. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Meeting. To receive the Chairman’s Report. To receive and adopt the Financial Statements of the Bank (together with the Reports of Directors and External Auditors) for the year ended 31st December, 2024. To authorize the Directors to fix the fees of the Auditors. To declare Dividend for the 2024 Financial Year. To approve the Directors’ remuneration. To elect Directors – two (2) vacancies. To transact any other business appropriate. NOTE: A Shareholder who is unable to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy needs not be a Shareholder. The completed Proxy Form should reach the Board Secretary not less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of the Meeting. Proxy Form may be printed from the Bank’s website adansibank.com or you can pick a copy at any of the Bank’s Branches.
