Board of Directors

The Board determines the Bank’s purpose, values, and the strategies to achieve them. Its principal focus is to achieve value maximization for shareholder. The Board is made up of experienced, skilled, knowledgeable and cross competent persons who have the zeal and commitment to service and have been up to their responsibilities over the years. One major advantage of the Board is that its composition has been largely stable and has engendered teamwork and cooperation and this has facilitated its work.
