Mrs. Naomi Pokuaa Asare is currently employed at Adansi Rural Bank PLC as the Head of Human Resource and Administration. Hitherto, she had worked in the capacities of Hospital Administrator, Human Resources & Training Manager, Area Manager and Credit Officer and as a Lecturer, Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Mrs. Asare is a high-performing, respected, dedicated, versatile and strategic-thinking professional with more than twenty one (21) years' of experience in employment services in the banking, non-banking financial services, higher education and health services sectors. She is highly skilled at relationship building with clients and across organizations and teams. She has exceptional writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication skills and is adept at assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with all stakeholders, and in developing high performing teams. She is well-versed in operational re-engineering and organizational development processes, as well as in the development of corporate policies in the areas of competence such as strategic, business and operational plans, and human resource and administrative procedures policies.
She holds B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Agriculture (Economics option) and MSc. Degree in Development Policy & Planning, both from the KNUST. She also holds Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert), Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) all from the Birmingham City University, UK. She is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) of Ghana.
